Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Very rude woman who told my sister and I that we could not bring our own sandwiches in and as we sell our own. “You can do it this time….but not next time !!! made the whole shop know she told us. I would have explained to her that the sandwiches are completely home made and sugar free due our dietary need and you don’t sell this kind of food, but looking at her she just looked stressed and under pressure. After spending over £12.00 on two drinks, we decided you won’t be getting my money again. Why do people who works for these billion dollar companies give out so much energy? Why don’t you put that energy in keeping the place clean and tidy as it’s needed it. At the end of the day it’s a sandwich and your just a number who makes cups of coffee all day. Absolutely awful behaviour from this branch. Staff were racist, rude and disrespectful. Was with my niece and nephew (both below age of 4), sister and mum. The staff humiliated us in front of the customers and told us to leave and shut the door on our face. This was a passive racism attack by the Costa staff which is totally unacceptable. Costa really needs to educate their staff about respect & inclusion and mainly about customer service. The Costa team member was screaming and shouting slurs which is totally shocking to see. I like the Costa experience, you know what you are going to get each and every time.Staff friendly, efficient and hard working, coffee not the best but near enough it makes no difference.All very familiar and welcoming.My one real passion and surprise was that Sam Eason, brilliant guitarist/ singer was playing in the Kingswood , near Bristol shopping precinct so it was a absolute joy of a day.........check him out.The Yate Costa is equally as good , if its possible, maybe even friendlier.You all enjoy your...
