Lambo Bistro Cafe — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered food 1120am took over 1 hr rude woman on drinks Valentino needs new job away from front house. Everything was too much trouble. What shame the owners are away because this woman doesn't know how to treat customers. We waited so long that our coffee tea bill was £68 rediculas. Normally we would have had 1 drink each but ended up 3 or 4 each. Waitresses did apologise as kitchen was serving people that came in way after us. Like they lost our ticket. When my daughter went to pay drinks bill as I had already paid food bill. Valentino woman working there rudely said I'm not taking anything off the drink bill. What a shame to send 10 unhappy customers away. When asked by others what's lambos like each person will more than likely say food great service was terrible. This will then get repeated to at least 10 others and so on.. all as they had to do was take off a gesture say £30 for the drinks we drank waiting so long. Iv worked in customers service most my working life would never let a customer leave unhappy. Shame won't be returning. Sorry you had family issues ! Connot recommend this place enough. If it's a morning coffee and full English or an evening Turkish experience, it has it all! I've been several times for lunch and dinner, the service is friendly, quick and super reasonable pricing for fresh food. The atmostphere is good and a clean environment, with beautiful interior decorations. The evening menu is the creme de le creme though, we got 7 of the small plates to share and 2 alcoholic drinks for £45! Authentic Turkish food and the best meal we have had in kingswood hands down. The whole café was filled with cigarette smoke because there is an indoor smoking area at the entrance. After I complained about this, I watched the staff go and open the windows in the porch. A server then lied to me and said the windows had been open the whole time. One family with kids left because of this issue, which the server also denied.

I wasn't able to have any food because there were no vegan options. My mother ordered a tea cake that, according to the menu, was meant to come with jam, but didn't. When we asked for jam, the server told us that is doesn't come with jam, but she'll get some anyway.
