Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Very convenient to have in a theatre hall. The staff is always very polite but could do with better speed and efficiency, maybe an extra pair of hands as the wait is often quite long. Obviously no one wants to be late for their movie, or to have to get in 20 minutes early just to pick up a coffee. Maybe grab one of the experienced guys from the Clock Tower as they are a lot faster there. Hoping to give you...

Worst Costa ever. Ordered mocha to take away (and paid for!) but drink was some sort of bland white drink - no coffee taste, then diluted with hot water (ie no milk/hot chocholate either). Although requested "small" this was a very small drink (not even two mouthfulls) ... except I had to throw it away - ot tasted aweful. Lesson mearnt - check take away from this outlet before...

It's not the biggest Costa I have ever been to as it is inside the newly refurbished Odeon but the staff are friendly and it's clean and fresh as you expect being brand new. it's nice as no other coffee shops are near by to this and you can run in and grab a drink or bite to eat and head straight back to work and if your not working you can take it in to have while you...
