This place has gone down with food quality and overall service. I asked them to make me a wrap without a bacon. I placed an order through McDonald’s App, I went through drive thru someone took my code over the headset all fine.. I got to cashier point, they couldn’t find my order… they still asked me to go through to collection point… over there they wouldn’t serve me as they cannot find my order… I was asked to go back through in drive thru… I refused as I was in the queue in drive thru over 6-7 minutes already… manager came, I gave the code and after about 12-15mins they served me my food.
I asked for no bacon in my wrap but there was bacon in it. I took pictures as I already left McDonald’s towards my work so I couldn’t go back. Binned the food.
I rang, I sent email at store with pictures, someone called Aman rang me and said sorry given me some code for two free meals… next day I went there in store to use the code. They won’t recognise the code. The lady I spoke with Aman she was there, I even asked her name while I was on the phone with her… but she said she had a day off so she wouldn’t know anything about this… I showed her the email and all the images again, told her what conversation I had over the phone… then she served me straight away without saying a word… what a lie.
When they served me with that code… they gave burnt buns( both of them) 5 nuggets out 6, cold hot chocolate.. nightmare… going up and down 3-4 times to for replacement.
All the times the store manager said sorry. Really bad food services..
A minute over 90mins in car park… you will get ticket at home. Be aware.

Read moreI went to this mcdonald's 2 months ago when it first opened. I thought I would give it another chance as I wasn't impressed the first time. Went through the drive-thru the order was taken it appeared that what I ordered they didn't have enough made. I was told to find somewhere to park as all the bays with customers waiting was full. I eventually managed to get a space. I waited a good 15 to 20 minutes. I got out my car and started speaking to other customers who were also waiting for awhile for their food. There was this waitress walking aimlessly around the car park with someone's food in her hand asking anyone who was in a car if this was there order. She dropped it picked it up and ended up going back into the restaurant. Whoever's food that was obviously couldn't be bothered to wait. I was speaking to a lady who said to me she took her child to the area upstairs where they apparently have a hatch to serve the food. It came out cold she had to send it back. Eventually my son was so annoyed he ended up getting out the car also and going into mcdonald's in the meantime time this lone waitress came out with the food . She did apologise. I waited more than 20 minutes Who ever is the franchise owner needs to pull their socks up. If your under a franchise. As this system is clearly not working. Food shouldn't be cold and customers shouldn't have to wait more than 10 minutes at the most. I will NOT be giving this mcdonald's another chance. Read moreAbsolutely shocking service at McDonald’s Almond Road. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a McPlant, completely plain (no salad, no sauce) with an extra patty, and a cheeseburger with no meat, extra cheese, and also completely plain.
First time around, they gave me meat in the cheeseburger—a serious issue if someone had dietary restrictions. I went back to get it corrected, and while they fixed the cheeseburger, they still messed up the McPlant, adding salad and sauce despite clear instructions.
The lack of attention to detail is appalling, and to make things worse, the manager didn’t seem to care at all. Offering a brownie as compensation for two failed orders and a ruined experience? Laughable. If I had gone home before checking, this would have been even worse. Clearly, the staff, from the order taker to the manager, lack proper training or concern for customer satisfaction.
