I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chatham’s finest Costa Coffee, and I must say, the service and experience I received were absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm that made me feel instantly welcome.

The staff at this Costa Coffee truly excel all expectations. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service is truly commendable. I ordered an Ice whipped vanilla latte, I asked staff if they can make sure they can give whipped cream,as the assistant that day made me repeat my order 3 times, then that particular assistance became rude and very aggressive, at one point it seemed as though she was going to charge at me, my only fault was that I was standing my ground in the most tolerant way possible despite the assistant shouting and ranting at me,on couple of occasions she even threatened me, by saying that she is calling the manager,and she told me that I am barred from the shop, when she was the aggressor, I should of called the police,so they would of checked CCTV footage were she was throwing the finger at me shouting and swearing, highly unprofessional, that same day I went to Gillingham Costa and 2 of the staff said the same thing that they will never go to the Chatham branch again as they had an issue themselves, It really is a shame I have been using that Costa for 7 years,all the employees there have been very lovely except for this one person, also a shame I never got her name, and even if I did ask her for her name I probably would of got punched in the face by her because of the way...

Dont bother. Working in the area so popped in to use the loo before ordering a coffee and food. Didn't get to the ordering part as I headed for the loos and it appeared locked by key (turns out someone in there but no indicator present, just a broken keyhole so naturally I knew that...) asked a member of staff if their loos were open and she came over complaining about people using them that shouldn't and then confirmed someone was in there (must have been a desperate trucker or something as 10 minutes later they were still in there), gave me a glare and buggered off. I gave up and went to the McDonalds instead. So well done, sorry that I don't speak 'ug' but if all visitors to the area are treated like this, no wonder the place was half empty. Why not go the whole hog and get some barbed wire around the place and a couple of alsatian patrolling to add to...
