Super Pizza — Restaurant in England

Ordered with them via Just Eat using a Just Eat giftcard and own money. Received a phone call saying they can not accept the giftcard because it comes out of their own pocket. How does that make sense?? Person on the phone was very rude and pushed to charge our bank card for the gift card amount they rejected. Obviously came across as very suspicious business activity so we refused and cancelled the order. This then led to a further delay in our dinner plans as we had to contact Just Eat to have the giftcard amount refunded back to our Just Eat account. Placed order for delivery, ordered the burger as the picture in the menu looked so sumptuous, what arrived was a dry patty in a cheap bun, no salad, no cheese no onion, nothing like the picture. The chips were underdone and the whole order was barely Luke warm. When calling to complain the guy on the phone argued that I didn’t ask for it despite actually making the point specifically to have it exactly as shown, the guy on the phone wouldn’t shut up and so I drove down there to throw the food back at them!! Luckily when I got there they gave me a refund on the few items I’d bought back with me, it didn’t make up for the fact they’d ruined our family Friday...

I called the chatham branch to order as I was unable to do so online, however the man who answered the call was the most unpleasant and rude parson I've ever seen when ordering a take-away. I was told by him that the online special offers were not available to order over the phone and was so rude he turn around and refused to place my order. He had the cheek to tell me to go and order it online instead, this WAS THE MANAGER SAYING ALL THIS. I work in retail, I truly believe that this is not the best way to speak to A customer.
