the worker with the coloured fringe is the worst worker with the absolute worst customer service, she is a joke! packed away food at 2:30 for toogoodtogo bags which don’t even get picked up until the end of the day - she heard me say what i wanted and packed all 4 away. another worker went to get me one out and she stopped her? i thought you were supposed to help a paying customer not stop them from buying things! i’ve already put in a complaint about her so hopefully none of you have to deal with this joke of a woman- yuck! she lost 3 customers by the way, not the way to go when you’re apparently in charge...

Visit here nearly every week and the staff are always so miserable! Its usually about half an hour before closing time when I visit as I'm waiting to pick my daughter up from a club so I think they want to pack up and leave, but customer service should be as good in the last 5 minutes of trading as it is in the first. Genuinely made to feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we've started getting our drinks to go and sit in the car with it instead! It's a shame the independant places aren't open a little later as I'd much rather go there! Other than that the drinks are your standard...

This store has been one of my favourites for a while now but tonight they REALLY let themselves down.

To close the toilets and half of the restaurants during a community event is one thing, but to then tell customers that only children are able to use the disabled toilets and ONLY when buying something is a disgusting attitude for whomever was in charge to take this evening!
