Terrible customer service. Today, while passing through for a trip to the castle with my family, we stopped here for something to eat. We were supposed to eat seated, so while I was choosing my food, I invited my mother to sit down since she has walking difficulties. The two employees, one young and one older, promptly called us out to respect the line that had formed behind us, and that was fine; we'll get back in line. Only two teenagers working the whole time we were there and it was during a very busy period but bless, they were clearly trying so hard, yes some of the tables weren't clear which ruined the environment but I can hardly blame them, they could only do so much. I think I saw one of them close to tears at one point as some of the other customers were clearly unhappy... But not a manager in sight, they were just left there to sort it all! Visited Tues 10/11 Just after lunchtime. Ordered 2 drinks and sandwich, girl serving me was really rude! Never once said please or thank you, drinks came with one being totally wrong drink! I asked if I could buy a box of coffee syrups which were for sale. She said hang on! I stood like a fool but she asked the guy to help her with the sale.
