Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I have been into this Costa in Minehead twice now and won't be going back !!! Rude and surly staff .....the two female staff that served me never smiled or said hello in fact they never spoke .....I ordered a flat white to drink in they gave me it in a takeaway cup when i said it wasnt what i had ordered they didn't apologise they redid the coffee in a China cup which turned out to have a thick layer of foam .....not a flat white at all !!! The 2 staff members looked like they could have done with a wash and their uniforms were filthy COSTA....your standard's of customer service have severely...

Have popped in to our local costa a few times to sit outside and chill, on 2 occasions now have found the service terrible, on both occasions amy has served us with no thankyou when taking our order, and shes bought our drinks outside to us with no customer service skills what so ever , no sugar or stirrers for our drinks, she's very rude maybe needs some training on her customer...
