Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Terrible service, very slow, no mangement - just young employees muddling through. Went a few times and they kept putting our drinks in papercups despite dining in - laziness as they don't want the washing up but more importantly it's costly to the company and a waste of paper which then needs to be thrown away/recycled. Twice the person serving me didn't make eye contact and yet talked constantly in Polish to another customer behind me. Another occasion they served someone, (again Polish), who was behind me instead of serving me first. Could list several more complaints but what's the point. I won't be going back and...

Lovely staff, nice atmosphere, but sadly don't quite get the job done.

The polite floppy haired fellow behind the bar was personable and courteous, however the order was wrong. I asked for a Cortado and received it with skimmed milk - the whole point is that it's thick and an indulgence. My wrap went cold whilst waiting for the coffee (nearly 10 mins, not the end of the world but long enough), and it wasn't cut in half. The ladies making...

Fast service and clean environment. Very efficient but lacked the warmth I usually get from staff in Costa.

Went in to redeem an offer and was told that you can't pay with points. Ok, sure. At least I will still get the points for the purchase after scanning my app... Except I didn't

The drinks themselves are to the high quality that I associate with Costa.

If and when my points eventually come on this would be a 4 star review...
