Subway — Restaurant in Sunninghill and Ascot

Terrible customer service. Arrived and someone took my order and got out the appropriate bread. The customer ahead had placed a large order, so both members of staff started working on it understandably. By the time they finished 2 online orders had come in. Despite these arriving after I had placed my order, they insincerely apologised for the wait, and started those orders instead because "they were on their way now", ignoring the customers currently in the store. The lady behind me in the queue walked out, as did I. I understand there is a shortage in workforce, so shops have to take whoever is available, but these staff could benefit from some customer...

Absolutely outraged from what I witnessed at subway Ascot this week they have been saying for the last week they have no change they have not recognised me been in there a couple of times and they change their story every time my meals come to £22 I had £30 in cash Their response was you can pay cash but we won’t give you no change they wanted to keep £8 in change Their story has changed every time in my opinion it is surely not legal a business should be able to offer change to their customers Management severely letting this restaurant down I am writing a complaint to Ed Office they don’t even offer you...

The whole point of subway is that it’s fast and it has lovely fresh salad and bread we all know that the meat isn’t necessarily the best. However this subway the cucumbers with thin and shrivelled, The tomato looked three days old if not more the rocket look like spinach come out of water there was no peppers no crunchy onions and generally was a massive disappointment in a very dated looking shop and if I hadn’t of paid for my sandwich before I saw the salad I would’ve walked out I won’t...
