Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I usually have a good experience with Costa Coffee, staff are efficient and polite, the shops are warm and inviting, but this particular shop is located within a dirty, old, grotty looking Service Station. Inside it's equally dirty and grotty. The floor looked like it hadn't had a good clean and polish in a long time, crumbs everywhere, dog hairs, dirt, virtually every seat had coffee stains on the them, the whole place was uninviting, not like the modern cosy feel that you get inside their stores elsewhere. It wasn't busy at all during my visit on a Saturday morning so the service was quick and the coffee was as expected. My recommendation? Pull the whole thing down and build a new Service Station in it's place with better...

I always enjoyed being here to have a break and the staff seems to be very helpful. Been here quite a few times and being served by at least six different people.
