Greggs — Restaurant in England

I visit this service station regularly, around three times a week, and I truly believe the Greggs location here is not living up to its potential. This is a very busy stop on the M25, with lots of people and lorry drivers passing through. Yet the Greggs unit is very small, understaffed, and poorly stocked.

Every time I stop by, there are only a few snack items available. The selection is minimal, and hot food is nearly non-existent – usually just two small trays. Forget about finding any hot chicken or other proper hot meals because they’re simply not there.

I’m not sure if the staff can’t keep up with demand or if the store is just not managed well, but it’s frustrating. There’s clearly a huge opportunity here – a high-traffic location with lots of hungry customers – yet the shelves are often empty.

Greggs could be making great profits here and keeping people happy and well-fed, but right now, it’s disappointing. Please do something about this – it could be so...

Let me set the scene, 7am enough said. We’re hungry, got some scrandular fever, what better than a greggs, more specifically a supple slice of pizza. But it’s 7 in the morning, no pizza to be seen. Devastation. But there is Kelsey, she takes my worries away and she asked me one simple question, can you wait 8 minutes? I can. Her Alex and Anna make me one slice of pizza just for me. As I wait in anticipation, Kelsey, concerned for my well-being says rest your legs, I’ll bring it to you. One baguette later pizza had arrived. It says clearly on site that the shop opens at 5 a.m on Friday but the staff did not want to serve and the excuse was that they open at 6 a.m. Why don't you correct the timing? Or please speak to your staff to follow the timing. Hopefully this get fixed soon. As many early morning workers like get affected due to this.
