Chopsticks is situated at the Food Court on the top floor. For lunch today, it was less busy.

I would suggest you first download and install there app before going there as the app has some offers.

I personally received a birthday gift which was a small box which allowed me to choose rice or noodles as well as One filling. So I selected egg fried rice with Firecracker chicken. I had also received a barcode after I had signed up to the app for 5 small complimentary vegetarian spring rools.

The good was served piping hot.

The only piece of cutlery they have are wooden forks. Unfortunately they do not have any knives which I needed to cut up the chicken. So I ended up using 2 forks to pull the food apart into smaller pieces. They really need to address this issue. As for the meal, the egg fried rice had nice chunks of egg. This has a nice taste.

The accompanying Firecracker chicken was coated and spiced although I did not spot any actual red chillies 🌶, that was a shame.

The small vegetarian rolls were very crispy with a tasty filling. They seemed freshly made.

There is plenty of seating area to choose from although the weekends get very packed due to heavy foot fall.

I really enjoyed my birthday treat from Chopstix. They should have some Siracha or chili for those who prefer a spicier taste.

I will visit there again in due course and am hopeful they have some knives to go...

I have been eating chopstix for years and never have I received service so poor.

A large box cost nearly £9 and contained exactly:

Salt and pepper chicken - 4 pieces K pop chicken - 4 pieces Sweet and sour chicken - 6 pieces

Instead, the staff filled most of my tray with the healthy rice they have. Literally 6 scoops of it went into my box. They call it healthier but it looks and tastes like unprocessed plastic pellets.

Honestly I'm just really disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food provided here, it's sub par and all they do is fill the bowl with rice and noodles making you pay £9 bloody pounds for the equivalent of half an uncle Ben's rice packet. The veg in the rice tastes bland and like it's been steamed for 3 hours before finally being put out.

Do better, cost of living is going up and these companies think we're stupid!!! Charging stupid money for horrid quality food is just...

Ordered £44 worth of food, waited over an hour for delivery.. the driver arrives and half a bag of food.... missing extra portion of bbq chicken, missing extra portion of caramel chicken, missing extra portion of rice. Ordered qualiflower rice with one of the meals and got standard egg fried rice. Call the restaurant and I'm told their closing in half an hour and go through just eat!!

Your service and food quality is disgusting. Even what I did receive was small... you charge me £13 for rice and bbq and caramel chicken... it was a portion I'd feed a child. You've done this 3 times to me now its as though your doing this intentionally and your staff really don't care. Surely someone quality checks the orders before they are collected.. and maybe get yourselves back up delivery drivers for when your staff mess up an order. Will be expecting a...
