Poor quality, rude staff and disgusting customer service!
To start with the three foreign staff members were questioning a Scottish lady about her Scottish note she were paying with and was not going to accept it until everyone in the shop told them it was ok... (I were so close to taking the note and changing it but they took it before I got to that)
Staff were rushing our children and getting their sandwiches wrong, the meatballs in my sandwich were cold and they had no eggs to make the tuna nicoise salad for the wife... ...They repeatedly said the tuna nicoise offer had ended, but it was on the menu, on advertising boards and it's even on their TV commercials
I returned my meatball marinara as it was cold, I got alot of attitude from the staff as though it was my fault and they told me they couldn't do anything about it! In the end I asked them to microwave it and they finally did!
Not happy with this experience and I hope this was a isolated incident as I've not had any problems in the past...

He starting to make two 6” italian chese bread,me and my mate told him we only ask 1 but he is so rude and tell us he ask 3 time if we want two. At first long queue only one server in the restaurant second as covid19 rules apply (Wear A Mask) anywhere in door specially preparing food area in open air No sign of wearing mask on the entrance door. There were 3 girls before me and none of them had a mask on as one of the girl was coughing and there was no words from the lady who was making the subs, covid19 rules apply Wear a mask or leave.
