Was a busy day and it was really humid in there the poor staff were ran off their feet and horrible customers not admitting when they're wrong and then walking away angrily making the Batista's feel incapable when they offered them so etching different. Air con would be nice for them or even some fans. Although we had to wait awhile because the young lad accidently knocked my drink off the side (accidents happen) and then they forgot about my mum's drink, I just asked we were waiting for something else and they made it straight away.

I was visiting my very sick father today 27-09-2023 and decided to get a cup of tea with my sister The young man (boy) serving us was so rude to my sister he clearly did not understand the meaning of please and thank you. my sister added please to every request and thank you at the end of our order. Very bad service. 4 staff members mooching about having conversations between themselves without acknowledging us. Once someone comes over to serve us (after 3-5 minutes waiting, watching them do nothing but ignore us) they didn't welcome us with a "hello, how can I help you today?" but instead just entered our cold drinks into the till and told us the price without offering us anything else when we were yet to order other bits.
