I have debated a couple of weeks regarding this review but nothing has changed and I'm disgusted, a couple of weeks ago I was in the store when 2 or 3 teenage girls entered the store, yes they were gobby brats but what followed was disgusting and I can only say the bald security guard who works there should not be working amongst children of any age, having taken a bag of crisps or similar the security bully on duty screamed after them as they ran towards the toilets, seconds later the guard returned with this young girl approx age 14 ish in a full on headlock and the little girl was bent over backwards her back arched and her toes barely scraping the floor at times coming off the floor so basically being held up by this large guards arm tightly around her throat, I stood watching in horror, he proceeded to push her in that position from the toilets to the swinging barrier that exits to the foyer where he then purposefully lowered her head to the side and opened the barrier button with her head before throwing her outside, it was horrific barbaric abuse of anyone let alone a diminutive framed girl, I've since been back in on a few occasions and cannot believe he still works in the store, surely management of that store can view cctv images of the diabolical way he abused this child!!! Shame on Tesco and the firm that the guard works for I've truly never in my life witnessed anything so disgusting and as a family store I am shocked to the core that tesco have condoned this disgusting guards behaviour and handling of that situation by keeping him at the store as a guard, I will never again use that store if they feel this is the right way a guard removes people from the store, HORRIFIED DOESNT EVEN...
   Read moreVisited this store on holiday (20/8/22) and the shopping experience was fine, good selection and very spacious. However when we reached self check out, it would go off every time an item was scanned, to add to this the lady in the wheelchair who seemed to be supervising the tills came over and rather abruptly told us it’s the bags fault, which was fine so we adjusted and carried on, then when we had finished scanning she continued to stay at our till until we moved on when she then decided to go over and reprint our receipt as if we had done something?! This wouldn’t have been so obvious if she hadn’t have called someone over to help her reprint it as she couldn’t reach the button. She then moved off to a corner and discussed our receipt with this other person, constantly looking over and giving us looks, making us feel very uncomfortable. She then moved over to what I can only assume was security at the front door and handed our reprinted receipt to them, this I find is completely disrespectful and rude, because we are a younger couple that experienced the troubles with the self checkouts she came to the conclusion we must be doing something fraudulent. She needs talking to about this as by making the very obvious attempt to reprint the receipt shows just what she thought of us and had made an assumption of us just by looking at us, this is outrageous and not customer service is it...
   Read moreThis was the email I sent to tesco as the behaviour from some of there staff is disgusting! hello, I am emailing to put in a complaint which I would never normally do but what happened earlier today was so rude! I went into tescos earlier today on my lunch break from Taunton college and the way your staff spoke to me and other people was disgusting! I went to go get a meal deal for my lunch and got a red bull as a drink and when I was in the que to pay, a member of staff come over and said that I could not have it and I asked why because I have ID and also showed her my id, which is the requirement to buy the product. Also she was just so so rude and took it out of my hands. Also my friend that was infront of the que was also going to buy one and she did the same to her and when my friend said that she has ID and proved it to the two girls that were working on the self service checkout and they said to her that she shouldn’t even try arguing with them because she won’t win and also said if she doesn’t like it to go to another shop it’s easy peasy then also continued to go off laughing and talking about it. I think it would benefit them to do a customer relations course. One of them was in a wheelchair with dark hair and the other was a young blonde girl.
