The food was boasted as the best roast dinner in town. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The food was bland seasoning was missing. The amount of food was way over the top. I can eat a lot, but the lack of season and the amount I called it a day after the starter and the mian. Shame. I was really looking forward to sticking toffee pudding if it was on the menu. It has the potential to do well. But must look at what they are serving up and get the flavour into the food. Season and taste the food. When being led into the dining room, we had a member of staff pushing through us to get out. Didn't find the staff very attentive at all. Price was OK about what I would expect to pay...

These took my booking at the last minute due to a unreported cancellation in another hotel. They made me so welcome even though I was late for an appointment the check in was swift and efficient. Absolutely amazing Sunday roast!! Well worth the price and when I got home I wanted to go back and get another 😅 100% recommend, we got there for the 6pm and the food was gorgeous.

The only thing I would like is to remove the sliced carrot, keep the long carrot (roasted) and have more roast...
