Such a beautiful place and so many different areas for you to walk. There is a large area left for nature, a couple of children's play parks, a cafe and an outdoor covered picnic area with tables and chairs and being by the water it's a stunning place. There are so many different areas I haven't listed all of them as I did not have time to visit all of them. It's also a really good place to let your dogs off the lead as it's totally safe for them. Toilet facilities are available next to the cafe (aptly named "the Weir") and the park is also home to a water adventure business. It's worth knowing that at least once a year the Friends of French Weir through a fete of sorts in aide...

Lots on in the Hub. It's a brilliant facility. Running, cycling ,rowing clubs and an outdoor swimming club are based there.
The coffee and food served in the cafe is really good. Service can be a bit slow. But they are always friendly and you dont mind when sitting out on the deck enjoying the sunshine. Disabled friendly, pushchair friendly and you can bring...
