Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Costa at coulby Newham is very poor and very unacceptable, today myself and my mum went for coffee and for starters my soya cappuccino was way to strong, and made right next to other milk products which is not good enough, my mums latte was to milky and our ginger bread muffins was dry and I found a small fly in mine when I cut into it! Disgusting and made me feel sick. When I complained they said well there fresh today, do you want any more? Err NO I DON'T!! Costa Colby Newham is our favourite go to place for a coffee after our weekly shop, but lately it has been more stressful than it’s worth. Waiting roughly 15/20 minutes for 2 coffees is simply unacceptable, while tables are full of previous customers rubbish. Servers are fine just run ragged !! One server is really friendly, apologising about delays, trying to make conversation, but at busy times I’d rather they just got on with job of serving customers. Coffee and toasties are usually ok but lately cappachino’s...

Met with a friend for a cuppa and some cake at 1.30 today. Busy as normal but again only 2 staff on serving. Young man with bags of charm and personality,a young lady with zero of each. May I suggest that you only employ people who want to be there and not people that only have to be there. Her attitude stunk and she obviously was only interested in getting finished as soon as possible. Well done to the young man who apologised and swept up the glass...
