CP Blackburn (Chaayé Paani) — Restaurant in England

I’ve given Chaaye Paani multiple chances, but there’s a limit to disrespect! Time and time again, we’ve been ignored, had our orders taken incorrectly and been treated unfairly.

Tonight had to be the worst experience yet. A bulky staff member clearly saw us drive into the bay but blatantly ignored us. After waiting 20 minutes, we watched as cars that arrived way after us, were served immediately while we were completely disregarded.

When rude and arrogant staff ruin the experience, it gives the place a bad look. Personal grudges or favouritism shouldn’t get in the way of good customer service. I hope the owners deal with the staff in the best way and take action, because good food means nothing without good service.

Just a response to your reply. This isn’t just a one-time issue. We were parked right in view, and the staff member with curly hair saw us park in but still ignored us, while serving other cars that came after us.

You mentioned customers need to “come down the queue” or put on hazard lights, but there was no queue, so that doesn’t apply. I recently had the pleasure of visiting CP, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The milkshakes here are nothing short of amazing—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Have been to chaaye paani on several occasions now and i literally have nothing negative to say and i have to say i’m surprised at some negative reviews on here. The customer service is fantastic all the staff i’ve interacted with so far are nothing but friendly, polite, accommodating and very respectful. The food is 10/10 the samosa chaat is honestly the best i’ve had and the portion is very generous. I tried the kebab roll on my last visit and i think it may be my new favourite so full of flavour! Karak chai has been my go to but i also recommend the doodh paati and limbu pani as they were both equally as delicious. The doughnuts are so fresh and you just want to keep eating them. If im being honest i cant see myself going to any other chai place and love the drive thru option too for my quick evening fix when i don’t want to get out of my comfy clothes.
