I’ve visited this place a few times mainly because there aren’t many waffle options nearby in Charminster, but after several inconsistent experiences, I don’t think I’ll return. As a big fan of waffles, I’ve found the quality here quite uneven sometimes the flavour or toppings are lacking, other times the waffle is dry or the ice cream portion is small. For £9, it doesn’t feel worth the price. I know it’s not a restaurant, but Hygiene is another concern, as tables are often left dirty or sticky, despite having enough staff to manage this. Working in hospitality myself, I know cleanliness and consistency are basic standards for any sit-in spot. I hope they address these issues and regain customer, as the decline over the past year is noticeable. Sprinkles Gelato in Lansdowne offers much better quality and consistency, even if it’s a short bus ride away.

Creams Cafe Bournemouth - A Dessert Lover's Paradise. We recently indulged in a delightful dessert extravaganza at Creams Cafe in Bournemouth. The strawberry ice cream was a refreshing treat, and the strawberry shake was the perfect complement. We also loved the classic combination of chocolate chip and mint chocolate chip ice cream. The bubble gum blue shake was a fun and flavorful addition to our order. For those with a serious sweet tooth, the Oreo cookie dough and Bueno on white cookie dough were absolute winners. The Hot N Cold chocolate fudgecake Volcano was a decadent experience, and the Millionaires crepe was the perfect ending to our meal. If you're looking for a place to satisfy your dessert cravings, Creams Cafe is definitely worth a visit!

Good atmosphere, extensive menu, catered to vegan very well, food was very nice. Shame we didn't get our drinks until quite a long time after we received our food as apparently it had been mistaken for another table. One member of staff quite blunt and rude when we asked where our drinks were, other staff very friendly. Quite noisy, but this was down to lots of children playing in the play area. Would recommend.

Unfortunately today wasn’t an enjoyable visit. Was waiting to be served but the chap behind the counter just stood there like a lemon by the coffee machine, he didn’t acknowledge me even though he saw me standing there waiting. Customer service was non-existent and shocking, no smile, looking absolutely mardy, he didn’t even bother greet me or ask what I would like? I had to speak up first and ask for ice cream whilst he stood further away.

Whilst sat down eating my ice cream with my family, I was watching the female member of staff using napkin picking up a cone and wrapped the cone with a napkin (most hygienic method) then my head turned to the chap who served me earlier. He was at the till, serving a group of customer and I was observing him wiping his nose for a while with his bare hands, immediately I felt disgusted and that put me off my ice cream cone so I threw my cone in the bin and asked for little tubs for my family and threw their cones away.

I explained to the female staff that the male staff was wiping his nose with his hand knowing he gave me no napkin with our cones and she was apologetic.

The kids wanted another scoop so I queued again. Male staff didn't acknowledged me again knowing it was extremely quiet there. I was just stood there watching him and yet again he was touching the crepe with his bare hands.

Customer service needs a huge improvement. A friendly customer service who smiles and acknowledge a customer who wants to be served doesn’t go a long way. There needs to be an improvement with cleaning hands frequently,...

I have always been a loyal customer of this place and have come to expect excellent quality and service. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. The attitude of the staff was far from welcoming; I felt as though I was entering their home rather than a business that should make customers feel valued and appreciated.

There were two female staff members and one male staff member during my visit. I specifically ordered a milkshake from the young man, not from either of the female staff. Unfortunately, the milkshake he made was of very poor quality compared to what I usually get, whether from other branches. When I politely asked him to make it thicker, he outright refused multiple times in an unprofessional manner, as if I didn’t know what to expect from a place I regularly visit across the UK. That’s very rude.

It’s truly upsetting to see how some staff members’ lack of professionalism and service skills can tarnish the reputation of a place that I have always enjoyed visiting. I hope proper action will be taken to address this issue and ensure the service returns to the high standards I have always associated with this...

What a pity. I was so looking forward to visiting after hearing some great reviews from friends and family.

Sadly my visit wasn't so good. It went down hill the moment I wanted to order. I was standing at the counter for gone 5 minutes. Although my son and I accounted for the only customers there.

When I managed to get the attention of a staff member I asked if I could order to which my response was 'My English not very good, sorry' and with the shrug of their shoulders turned their back with no attempt to get the attention of the dozen other staff members talking amongst themselves.

Eventually after another few minutes I managed to get someone else's attention only to be told that I had to go and order at another till, I wasn't all that keen on that idea as I had my 23 month old son which meant unsettling him and walking back round.

After sitting back down it only took a few minutes for our order to arrive. My Crepes were very nice but the cake my son chose was absolutely awful. It was dry, nearly hard and I only noticed because he gulped a glass of water down. I would suggest that the colourings in his cake...
