If I could give zero stars I would!

Ordered pizza over the phone at 4.30pm for delivery. At 5.30pm it hadn't arrived so phoned to chase. Was told that the order was written down but they had forgotten about it and would get it with us ASAP.

Pizza arrived quite quickly after but was totally the wrong order. Wrong toppings and smaller sizes than ordered and paid for. I phoned again - they said they would get the proper order to us within half an hour. I explained that I had 2 young children who were expecting dinner at 5pm and it was now past 6pm so could it be done ASAP. Was told they would get it to me as soon as possible within half an hour.

40 minutes later, nothing arrived. By which point I've cooked the kids a quick meal so they are disappointed having been promised a takeaway treat. And I'm disappointed having had to cook when I wanted a night off! Phoned to be told it had just left. Bare in mind we are a 2 minute drive from the shop.

10 minutes later, still not arrived. Phoned again by which point it is kids bedtime. Asked for a refund as 2.5hrs later the correct food still isn't with us. Told they would have to bring cash down as no one in the store knows how to process a refund on their card machine!?

I said as a gesture of good will they should give us the food which now apparently hadn't left but was sat on the side waiting AND a refund. Was told the manager had already left with the cash. It took him 25 minutes to reach us (2mins away). Appalling service and having used this shop for years I am so disappointed. Will...

We found this place back in 2023 and honestly, it was love at first bite. 🍕 Even after moving to another city, we still drive back here just for their pizza. That should tell you everything. I come from a country where pizza really means something, and I’ve even tried pizza in Italy so many times and places, but this one? It’s on Italian level. The dough is light and perfectly baked, the sauce tastes fresh and balanced, and the cheese… just melts in the best possible way. Every slice has that perfect mix of flavor and texture. It’s not oily, not heavy, just pure perfection the kind of pizza that makes you stop talking for a second when you take the first bite. The people here are always kind and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about what they do. The atmosphere feels cozy and real nothing fake or fancy, just good vibes and incredible food. We’ve tried so many pizza places across the UK, but none comes close to this one. For us, it’s the best pizza in the UK, no question.

Food was late, the chips were missing and the rest of the food was not hot when arrived. Phoned and they were reluctant to issue a refund offering a redelivery which we could not accept as would be too late, then eventually they agreed to refund the missing food but would not offer any discount on the cold food. Very disappointing.

Please note that the delivery driver apologised profusely when made to deliver us a refund (we paid online so expected the refund to be issued to the card not cash via the driver) this was not his fault we have no issuesat all with his service, the people on the phone were unhelpful, they should not have website, app and phone ordering if they cannot keep track of all of the orders and ensure that they deliver on time and to a good standard. I hope that they do not try and blame the driver or make him lose...
