Where do I begin,
I phoned up to take an order to be told we donât take orders in store, and have to finish my order online as card payments are never taken here (weird now most businesses including big ones recommend card payments to help prevent Covid transmission). Any ways I suggested to pay cash. I then got asked on what I would like to order after giving my order over I was then told âyou have to order online told you alreadyâ.
Anyways as hungry I ordered online to collect. As a treat we donât get often, I get there and itâs shambles. And I mean shambles no one knowing names / orders and customers retuning there pervious orders.
I get my order, to be honest was pretty quick at only 15 mins but no customer service and very arrogant and rude staff members.
Anyways still hungry I get home. The garlic cheese pizzas where perfect no complaints.
My large pizza was very cold and squashed and tasteless. The meat was extremely cold as if just came out the fridge weirdly was colder than the pizza base.
The serious issue I had with this food is that my partner is vegan, so we ordered the vegan veg after seeing it on the telly. This then came cold with small pieces of MEAT attached to bottom of the base that obviously had been contaminated after sides or the prep area wasnât cleaned enough.
Luckily I noticed this, however due to the contaminant I had to still cook dinner so did ruin our night and ÂŁ30 out the window. Because seriously if the partner canât eat hers it be unfair if I ate mine.
Will be looking for a resolve and chasing a refund.

   Read moreWell I ordered my 2 children their Friday night treat. However. Treat turned to trick pretty quick. Wrong time of year domino's! After over 1 hour I called them just to see if was far... was told it had been delivered to wrong address and will be cooked and sent as a priority and arrive in 20 minutes.. 40 minutes later, cold, missing pizza.. So I try to call the store.. my call is left to ring, then its cut off! So I call from another number and low and behold they answer. Now I understand things can be a bit crazy in the fast food industry on a busy Friday evening. But to be ignored and lied to about where my order is actually disgraceful.

When I queried this was categorically told that I made the mistake. Really sick and tired of people insisting the customer is wrong. I raised the issue when I paid the bill stating that I am sure he has got he order wrong upon which I was told âthis is a two for one pizza nightâ.
