Delivery was cancelled on the app after 30 minutes.
As it was for lunch and people waiting to eat. went to order again, the delivery service was now gone. Reordered this time selecting in store collection.
Got to the store, then received the wrong food, this was then made again, in that time the cancelled order āby dominosā was delivered, It sat in the rain for 30 minutes.
I paid for both. The lady in the shop said sheād get it refunded, I gave her all details, but that never happened.
Sent an email - Dominos gave me a voucher for a pizza and a side. Forcing me to buy from them again. The whole order (both) went in the bin as we couldnāt stomach it and had no time left on lunch to eat it. A lot of money for a lot of nothing. The customer care after making a mistake in a premium service ( expensive) like this should be excellent. Phoned the shop and the bloke said it was just around the corner. Still no sign at 20:55 so phoned back and cheeky git said not much he can do when its out for delivery. Tried calling back as nothing turned up by 21:11 and cheeky git just rejects the call. Risk your money at your own choice I'll be dealing with corporate to get my money back and then deleting the app from my phone. Gone well downhill
Still being messed about by corporate 12 of November still no refund but this bunch of scammers claiming they delivered the pizza. Giving them until November 15th or will be contacting the police as this is nothing but theft and fraud.

Used to order every other day for a month or so at one point and once had a late order that I didn't get a courtesy call for, when I called up to find out it was late and that I should've had a call they told me I could have a some extra food or a free meal. Last time I called it wasn't on the system so I spoke to the current shift manager (David, sound bloke, can tell by his name) who said rather than get the department manager shifting through phone records he'd give me a 20 pound voucher for my domino's account which works with the offers too.
