Domino's Pizza - Blackpool - Central — Restaurant in England

This store has been dumping it's commercial waste in local residential bins. Called up to inform the manager of the criminal offences taking place and they were unbelievably rude. He claimed another store had dumped them: they have addresses on the boxes which contain their produce for the pizzas. He then proceeded to claim their bin had been robbed with the perpetrator then taking the stolen items across the road to dump in residential bins. It was ridiculous.

Veronica who initially took the call and became abusive, then handed the call to her colleague stating "deal with that I can't tell what it's on about "which to be fair, would explain why she is working at this place if she can't comprehend basic calls. I recorded the call thankfully.

I wouldn't entrust this store with my private details especially when there's Evidence of commercial fraud and dumping their rubbish in local residents bins which is...

I've been a weekly patron of this Domino's for as long as I can remember, but after today's fiasco, I'm switching to Papa John's.

I picked up my usual order, only to find a pizza that looked like it'd been on a diet – tiny and uneven. The stuffed crust was a joke; it was just empty dough.

When I tried to resolve this, the female employee at the store hid behind anonymity and pointed me to 'manager Ryan' without a hint of concern.

I even suggested they send a driver to exchange this mess of a meal, but got a flat 'delivery driver isn't available' in response.

So, Domino's, it's clear that customer satisfaction isn't on your menu. I’ve attached a photo to illustrate just how little your payment for stuffed crust is worth at this location.

Waste of money. Had a bad experience and complained as the food was late and arrived cold without dips and tbf they did put a free pizza on my account. However when I ordered this not only was i initially left on hold for over 10 minutes when I hung up and called back they clearly didn't take any notice of the order and sent me completely the wrong pizza entirely - pepperoni, bacon, ham and sweetcorn, when I had ordered hawaiian but with sweetcorn instead of mushrooms, so ham, pineapple and sweetcorn.
