Subway — Restaurant in England

I use subway nearly every day but over the last few weeks I have noticed a decline, one time they only had white or brown bread and no grated cheese, Sue who is one of the hard workers there asked the manager about the bread she was told not to cook any more and if they run out, they run out, over the last 2 days they have no hash browns, I think this ordering just once a week is causing the problem. Also the hours have been cut from 2pm to 1pm finish so there is only 2 staff on at a busy time, there are queues and people walking out as they can't wait when on a lunch brake.to top it all the manager was in the kitchen where they prepare food smoking an ecig. it is such a same as you have some very friendly and...

Ordered a sandwich - with no salad, just sauce. Asked for southwest and hot chilli. Asked if I could have a little more chilli sauce as she was somewhat skimpy with it. She said "NO". I said like 5p more worth. She said "NO it's portion control. I said you have got to be having a laugh she said "NO, just doing my job" all the time in a condescending tone.

I had NO salad. Where is your common sense 🤔

PORTION CONTROL ON A BIT OF SAUCE !! Having spoken to a manager of a different Subway they explained that portion control does NOT apply to salad or sauce.

Absolutely diabolical customer service. First of all i stated what bread I would like and that i was vegan, i had to ask the assistent to change her gloves and she tutted . I then asked if the veggie patty was vegan. assistant said she didn't think so and didn't bother checking. She huffed and puffed when I politely asked her to check for me. Then I asked politely what was vegan and another assistant said 'nothing ' .
