Placed an order over the phone (the app wasn't working). The store took payment but nothing arrived. Called 50 mins later to be told they had made an error, cooked the wrong pizza but assured us it was now out for delivery. Another 30 mins pass, nothing. Called back. They have no record of the order and refused to deal with the issue. We called back and asked for the manager who kept us on hold indefinitely, refusingto speak to us. We hung up and kept calling back and for 20 minutes they avoided our call or hung up on us. Finally we spoke to the manager who, sounding irritated as if we were wasting his time and who shouted down the phone "YOU HAVE NO ORDER", despite us telling him we'd paid £35 for it and we had the bank transfer. Eventually he got someone to check receipts and found our payment but then refused to refund us and told us to call a hotline and that it would take 5 days!? 2 hours waiting for our order, took our money, refused to speak to us, no food, now 5 days waiting for a refund. Total nightmare place. Absolute joke of a manager needs some serious customer service training. ...

What should have been a delightful blend of flavors turned into an uninspiring, sauce-heavy ordeal. The cheese acts as a binding element that harmonizes all the ingredients, and its absence left the pizza tasting disjointed. It felt like a meal that was built but never fully realized.

We decided to call the store and the manager of the store answered. She insulted us down the phone tutting and sighing at us saying that the online system doesn't work that way and the order had just gone into the oven, despite an email receipt informing us otherwise. She then accused us of shouting her and hung up.
We then recalled the store where a regular worker picked up as the manager was 'busy' who immediately and effectively addressed the issue and even offered a coupon (discount) for our next purchase, confirming it had just left the store.
I have used domino's online multiple times from different stores without any issues. A late order I could forgive, but to be insulted down the phone, falsely accused of harassment and then hung up on by the store manager is not how a professional franchise should manage their customer inquires. I feel deeply sorry for the general employees...
