Ordered a couple of weeks ago and had a fantastic experience! Delivery app was spot on actually got the pizzas when it said out for delivery and piping hot.... No problems this time so updating to 3* from 1*based on big improvement

Dominoes pizza in Calne hmmm! Its so up and down sometimes the pizza is fantastic other times really really bad but what i will say if your local it's really worth considering collecting the food as sometimes they take ages to deliver and i only live round the corner

Edit: very rude manager who was completely unreasonable when i rung up when i was delivered the wrong pizza i simply wanted a cheese and tomato pizza and i get just cheese with no tomato base. I was told by the manager that this was my mistake and i should have checked the order and that he would not be sending a replacement pizza for free and that i wouldn't be getting one unless i paid £5 for it! I was made to feel undervalued and as if it was my fault in which the error was made their end. In the end he said he would send a pizza to replace the incorrect one but to next time check my order and what I'm clicking as if i made the mistake! Sorry dominos but i wont be the ordering again because of what is considered poor customer service and speaking to a customer in such a rude and...

Edit2: A third pizza which was cold and had raw dough. Staff were rude and acted like I was lying when asked to remake it, making (audible) comments under their breath.

The remade pizza came out over cooked. Clearly the staff were being petty at this point.

Edit: Another visit and more raw dough/undercooked pizza. Collected as soon as it came out of the oven. The toppings weren’t even hot.

They did remake both when called but it shouldn’t take two visits to get a pizza right from a chain pizza place…

That will be my last visit. I recommend others avoid as well.

It’s alright, most of the time.

Always go for collection, as they seem to be struggling with delivery at the moment, and it’s usually done within 20 minutes of ordering. It’s also cheaper.

The pizza always seem like they need a couple of minutes more cooking to be properly done. It’s edible, but that extra time would make it great.

I’ve had one visit where the dough was still raw. This was 20 minutes before they closed so it’s a bit forgiven. But they refunded me quickly after complaining.

Please also invest in a new pizza cutter! Every time I order, the pizza looks like it was cut...

Ordered from here last night and ice cream was never delivered. When I called to advise of this I was told by a female member of staff I'd have to wait another hour or have a refund - I did not accept this as it was your mistake it wasn't delivered in the first place. Lady then responded with the worst attitude "I gave you the choice".

Half an hour passed and my missing item arrived, I did not hear the door so the woman phoned me and said "you gave me so much grief about your ice cream but won't even answer your door and hung up the phone on me"

When I went downstairs to collect, driver was lovely, cannot fault him at all. I called the restaurant back to ask for this person's name as I wanted to lodge a complaint due to her customer service skills, quite frankly she should not be in a customer serving role, her attitude is abysmal. When I asked for her name, she did not say anything despite me asking several times. She then said she has no name and put the phone down again.
