Domino's Pizza - Clevedon — Restaurant in England

Very bad experience. Absolutely awful. I used to order at least 2 times a month and they were pretty good. But the last order. It took 2 hours and nothing. Tried to call 4 times, nobody answered. Finally went to the bakery and said in 15 mins they will be ready. And half an hour later (after the initial 2 hours) still nothing. I am not blaming the working staff, as poor people (a gent that was taking orders and a lady I think named Molly) were working on 4 hands. Poor people were clearly drowning there with no support from management (get them more people to help) I will clearly 💯percent not order from them again and make sure to recommend my friends to avoid Domino’s until they get new management and return to the service they used to provide a couple of months ago. And get the working staff more support, as the poor staff on the floor were continuously apologetic. Very very bad experience. Change...

Awful. We ordered 2 pizzas with 2 sides and paid for delivery. After 40 minutes of waiting for our order to arrive, it arrived missing a pizza. The delivery driver left to go get our pizza. We then waited an additional 40 minutes and nothing arrived. We decided to ring up the number for the Clevedon domino’s, and were told they haven’t heard anything about a missing pizza and will ask the delivery driver. We then waited another 20 minutes with still no pizza and no further contact so we decided to drive to the domino’s with our pizza and sides. We explained to the workers and they said they would remake it for us however they refused to refund us for the delivery cost. The manager was argumentative and rude. When we returned home with our order, the sides (chips and wedges) were cold and soggy and had a horrible texture. We ended up waiting a total of 2 hours for our order. Never ordering from...

Ordered via Uber at 5.30pm delivery was advised at 6.05pm. First time using this branch ans certainly the last. Food finally turned up a couple of minutes before 7pm. I'm down this way at a local fishery and thought I'd treat myself. Called the branch at 6.10pm to be told 10 minutes. Called again at 6.45pm to be told its finally on its way. The manner of the person answering the phone was arrogant to say the least. Seems as a gesture of goodwill they threw in a scattering of chips that looked like they had been left on the side for a day or two. Not sure what was warmer the pizza or the ice cream. Dominoes normally has a high reputation. This franchise seems to not manage this. Word of advice, manage the customers...
