Absolute joke. For the prices of the pizzas this shop just doesn't make any effort. Been biting my tounge now for a while. Pizzas usually delivered quickly however most times theres hardly any cheese on one half of the pizza but on this occasion pizza turned up an hour late after countless calls to the shop asking where it was and being told "it's just left the shop" giving I only live a five minute drive from it it turns up an hour later. I asked the driver "is it still hot" to which he replies "I doubt it mate". So I said ok send it back and come back with a hot one and the meantime I ring the shop and no one answers even though theres still half an hour till closing time. Everytime I rang previously someone different answered the phone pretending they dont know why I'm calling and everytime I ask to speak to the manager they claim he's busy. Even the app said it was delivered an hour before it actually came. How can it be marked as delivered an hour before? UPDATED 2 YEARS LATER!! Nothing has changed I'll give them their due usually say 7 times out of 10 the food is what you'd expect. Received a pepperoni passion which is supposed to have EXTRA cheese yet one side of the pizza looks as dry as the surface of Mars. Tried to ring the shop no answer as usual. These pizzas are supposed to go through a "quality check" but they still continue to send out something a...
Read moreI don't even want to give this 1 star but you have to, to make a comment. Cramlington Domino's doesn't deserve any publicity, other than bad. I've ordered on three occasions & every time it has been disgusting, especially for the price that they charge. Really over £20 for a pizza. A cheep flight to Italy would cost less than three orders! Last nights order was free of charge because of my last experience, but it was delivered cold & dry! 1hr after complaining again another one arrived. The driver asked for £15!!! Well I told him where to go! I offered the previous (so called pizza) but he wouldn't take it. I wonder why! This time it was like the niagrafalls of the tomato based kind! Never again, some one needs to be sacked! When I pay good money for food I expect quality not the rubbish Cramlington Domino's churn out! It's probably a franchise but I'd really like to speak to the real boss. Really think twice before ordering from them.
No shame my name is...

I’m not sure whether I ordered pizza or signed up for a ride in the Domino’s Grand Prix. My delivery driver clearly thought he was auditioning for Formula 1, because by the time my pizzas arrived, they’d taken enough G-forces to fold themselves into sad, lukewarm calzone impersonators.
Cold, squished, and looking like they’d survived a rollover accident — not exactly the “hot and fresh” experience Domino’s promises. Maybe next time, the driver can trade speed for common sense and actually deliver something edible. Until then, I’ll be ordering from literally anywhere else.
Next time I’m craving pizza, I’ll just throw one out the car window myself — probably the same result, minus the...
