I have held off from posting a review for quite some time now but after how bad service we have received over our last few orders i think it's time they were shared.
The supervisor Yar in particular is very rude, ill mannered, unhelpful, and an incompetent member of staff. I strongly believe if my supervisor spoke to anyone like that or laughed at their misfortune they most definitely would not be a supervisor.
Example 1: Ordering an Italian style and getting classic crust, I called them up to be called a liar down the phone, and if I wanted them to deliver a new one I had to wait an hour and a half and i would only receive this if the delivery driver believe there was a mistake with the crust meaning we had to go back out to change it as the family were waiting.
Example 2: Ordering a pizza at 7pm still not receiving the order by 10:30 to AGAIN be called a liar by yet another supervisor, again meaning I had to go back out, the supervisor refused to give me his name said I was lying about ordering the pizza, although I had the confirmation and they had the pizzas still sat on their racking, not once did we receive an apology.
Pizza is usually cold or looks as though it's been reheated/sat for hours.
The service is absolutely unacceptable. Save your time, effort, breath and money and order elsewhere. Will be making a complaint to the head office.

The wife’s pizza is hot but that’s because she has put it in the oven to warm up.
Why so cold? Well, being late is the reason I’m guessing. Took just over an hour to be delivered in a 21-26 minute timeframe. When phoning up to ask where it is (hung up on the first time) the fed up person on the other end (makes both of us) simply said they’re busy, sighed a bit when asked why the website gave this timeframe and said they had no control over that.
The driver was genuinely nice, didn’t apologise but I don’t suppose he knew how long it had been sitting waiting for him to deliver it, and I don’t want to do him any disservice.
The food is generally nice from this Dominos and we probably use it every 8 weeks or so, but every time we choose delivery we’re faced with the same delay and apathy from the store when we phone to question where about on it’s mile journey it is. Even the website tracker gave up on tracking this.
If you are going to use this site, I urge you to collect. There’s a bench in store to sit on and count how many people it takes to make a pizza - you’d be surprised and the hive of activity. In the last 12 months the quality of the food has gone from acceptable to abysmal - in the last 5 orders ive had something that isnt right. if you order 2x sauce, expect a morsel to what you pay for. want stuffed crust? tough you get italian style. Order pots of sauce? feeling cheeky for a big dip? nope, you get small, and you better like it. the staff arent friendly and the drivers roll up without change so you are forced to tip them. considering the average price of a dominos now being higher than a mid-range resturaunt, i would rate the service as unaccetable.
