I had gone into this establishment to order a personal pizza on 22/05/2023 around 12pm. The only thing I received was attitude. So much so, that I will not ever even attempt an order from Domino's ANYWHERE on the IOW. First, if you do not have an item that is listed on the menu, don't be rude about it...maybe a sorry or even suggestion would be better than, "that's not on the menu anymore". Second, when a person asked for an item added you are not familiar with (even though it's written on the menu) do not say I don't know what that is, instead maybe tell the customer you don't understand and ask them to explain it further. Third when the customer tries to get your dim-witted mind around what hots are and they say hot peppers...and you say when don't have that, we have jalapeƱos...well perhaps you should think about a new line of work. FOUTH, it's obvious I'm from another country and wouldn't have any idea that you stopped accepting cash 4 years ago. Cash is KING in the USA, so not only am I ignorant to this change, but have literally never heard of such a thing....

Found a HAIR in one the pizzas Spoke to Jordan (store manager) and said he would refund partial amount at the time I was happy for that, as just wanted to get on with my day. A day later Only recieved £1.17 of the £27.96. I then rang again spoke to Jordan again and this time he was rude. Said he will refund another £10. I wanted the whole amount this time for the inconvenience caused. He refused to give whole amount back and said 'if I went to the shop and bought 'rizzlers' then went back for a refund I would not get 10 times my money' shocking attitude from a manager. Not happy with the way this has been dealt with. Ruined my evening meal and now I have to deal with getting a full refund by emailing head office. Thanks Jordan! Great manager you are! The franchise owner needs to step in and sort it out. Standards have gone down hill! Will not be ordering from this...
