My review is defiantly overdue as I've been a regular customer for over 3 years now, love coffees service is second to none and spot on every time, I'm always greeted through the door, their choice of drink and the beverages themselves are amazing, their prices are very very good especially whilst you compare them to the likes of Starbucks or Costa.
love coffees loyalty system works flawlessly and I find myself in abundance of points so I'm always offers free beverages in return.
overall I would have to say love coffee is the best place on the isle of wight to sit down chill out with a coffee with a relaxing atmosphere and watch the news or a nice chat with the staff!
i wish the staff a merry Xmas and a happy new year and may 2018 bring you more...
Read moreRude ignorant staff. Was regular user but never again. End of 2018 bought couple of chocolate drinks. Afterwards left to use internet at library as it was crowded and noisy in cafe, but library was shut. Returned after 15 min to wait for friend upstairs. She said ‘hmm 12.30’ it was by then 13.15. Left after couple of minutes, felt completely humiliated as some sort of freeloader. Well done vigilant staff for spotting scrounging retired bricklayer who spent his working life making homes not selling flavoured hot water...
