EDIT: Don't be misguided by the seemingly very ammeniable comments. It is all a gaslighting excersise to look like they take customer service seriously. Two weeks on and still no one has been in touch. I'm hardly suprised. Avoid this dominos at all costs
I ordered a Pizza and asked for it to be delivered at 8pm 11th May, only for the pizza to be attempted to be delivered at 7.40pm. I was not home but my girlfriend was and the driver made no attempt to dial in to our flat - all he had to do was use the intercom. The driver then marked the pizza delivered on the app and returned back to the store. I then had to call the store 5 times untill someone picked up and when the pizza did arrive at 8.10pm it was stone cold. I wouldn't mind but the driver was rude when I questioned why it was marked as delivered when it wasn't. The pizza was also poor quality. I complained through Dominos customer services and was called by the store manager Natasha who said because we accepted the food no refund would be given. To me this seems unbelievable as who checks the quality of the pizza in front of the delivery driver? You only know the quality once you take the pizza in and open the box. I did explain this to Natasha, but she wasn't interested and said it was my fault. Overall a terrible experience. Read moreThe absolute worst experience I have ever had ordering food I order foods about 2pm for my friends birthday at work by 3:10 I called the store to wich they said they couldn’t get there so whent back whilst being extremely rude on the phone he finally agreed to send the driver back out for the pizza saying it will be 25 mins then at 4:15 the driver phones me and wants me to meat him a 10 minute walk(the store is just under a 15 min walk.i refuse as it is a ridiculous request for a delivery pizza he then put the phone down on me mid conversation once again extremely rude I then call the store to speak to yet another rude and unhelpful person on the phone who said it was my fault and told me to meat him once again no help he also put the phone down on me then I whent into the store at about 5 o’clock and they tried giving me the same pizza I had ordered at 2 o’clock and sighed when I requested he make it as I didn’t want a cold pizza then waited whilst getting stared at by the other workers only to get a cold not nice pizza in the end, usually domino’s is very good but this is absolutely disgraceful I cannot believe a company like domino’s is allowed to operate in such a manor this is absolutely disgraceful And to refuse me a refund is more than ridiculous this branch needs to Be...
Read moreI ordered a pizza to my university and then delivery driver called me to meet at a roundabout because he didn’t know how to get in the parking so it took me 2 minutes to get there and by the time i’m there he gave my food to some other uni student and when i called him he told me it was my friend. Then i told the store that the driver didn’t confirm the order to the person he gave it to and then she told me that the driver had been working with them for 2 years + and he wouldn’t lie. I can understand if it’s an honest mistake for the driver to not confirm the order but the driver lied and she kept telling me that it was my friend who collected it while putting me on hold for 20 minutes. Then she told me to type in on google “Dominos number” to call for a refund so I told the lady i would come to the store to prove i payed for the order and see if the driver recognises me and she said no and put me on hold for 30 minutes and then let me know they are redoing my order. And i finally got my order about 2 hours after ordering with no reimbursements. The 2nd delivery driver was very nice and understood the situation.
