Horrendous service! Placed my order at 8.56pm. 8.26pm my order was supposedly ordered. Waited but nothing arrived. Tried to phone the store 9 times (between my phone and my partners phone) no one was answering at all. I phoned the Waterloo branch and explained I had ordered, paid and nothing had arrived- the guy told me I needed to get hold of parkstone and he couldnāt help- not helpful when I had tried to call parkstone 9 times already. Just as I set off to go to the store at 9.46pm my partner managed to get through. No apology but told that they would send out a new order. The new order arrived at 9.58 pm and when it arrived the garlic bread was missing- I asked the driver if that was everything and he said yes thatās all Iāve been given. I then opened the cookies to see that they were burnt! So I paid Ā£26.08 for my order, to not turn up, not be able to get hold of the store, asked advise from another store and told nothing helpful, for part of my order when it did arrive to be missing and another part burnt. Horrendous service and I have never been so disappointed...

By the time the full order had arrived, i came to find out the wedges where under cooked, and the pizzas where too. When I phoned up the store , I was immediately told it was impossible for these things to happen, and that i was lying. After being disrespected on the line for a few minutes, it was disconnected. The man speaking was the so called 'Manager', but I assume this isn't true, as the location is advertising for a Manager to be hired online as of 2 days ago.
