It was a crisp Spring evening when I decided to order a pizza from Domino's. I was rather peckish and felt that a pizza would be more than satisfactory. I logged into my computer, opened up Google Chrome, and typed in the address of the Domino's UK website. Upon my arrival to the site, I was surprised to read about a wonderful deal; one large pizza, one medium pizza, a chicken side, a 'sumptuous side' and two refreshing 500ml beverages. There's no need to say what I did, but I will anyway. I clicked on 'create deal' and I began to form what would become a 'sumptuous' order from a wonderful Pizza Company. After formulating my order, I chose my delivery and payment options.
After eagerly waiting for approximately thirty minutes, I heard a knock on my front door along with one solitary ringing of the door bell. I opened my door, and a professionally dressed delivery man greeted me, holding the legendary bag containing what I would later TRY to devour. I say 'TRY' because the pizza was truly far too delicious! I tried to eat a slice, and it tasted like garlic, sweetcorn, and pineapple when I actually ordered garlic, sweetcorn, and pineapple!

I had left a note on the order for them to call me when they arrived so I could come and meet them. He ignored this and just beeped his horn. He then gave me the wrong food and when I politely pointed this out to him, he proceeded to dismiss me and repeatedly shouted "I'm very busy. Talk to management. Talk to management" This took place outside my home and place of work. He was going to drive off and leave me with food I didn't want, order or pay for. I persisted and showed him my confirmation email. He finally looked for and found my correct order but didn't apologise at all. The whole time this was going on, he was on the phone! Very rude.
I am thankful I persisted so only I had a bad experience and the person who did in fact order what he tried to give me will get their order.

Read moreWent there for a pizza yesterday. They told me 30 to 40 minutes and it was fine. When I went there after 40 minutes, my pizza wasn't in the cooking or in the line at all. After some time, the call handler M realised that its not cooked yet and just ignored me as if I had a plenty of time to wait for their delay in making. They should have apologized me for the delay at least should have shown me a kind gesture but instead fooled me and made me wait. I was very very upset and I had to argue with them. Another guy H came and threatened to cancel the order instead of apologizing again. This is madness. These people don't know how to be kind and one word "sorry" could solve all the frustration of waiting. Never happened before.
