⭐ 1 Star – A Masterclass in Disappointment

We thought we’d switch things up and give Domino’s Towcester a try instead of our usual go-to, Pizza Time. Big mistake. Huge.

First off, the pizza took an hour to arrive—plenty of time for it to travel the world, reflect on its choices, and return to us ice cold and questioning its own existence. Fresh? Not even close. I’ve had leftovers that felt more alive than this.

I was already nervous when I saw the 1-star Google reviews, but I thought, How bad can it be? It’s just pizza, right? Oh, how naïve I was. Apparently, Domino’s has unlocked the secret formula to making a pizza that tastes like regret.

Safe to say, Pizza Time remains undefeated. Never again, Domino’s....

I'm rating this specific delivery order as I've never had a problem before and I've been a loyal customer for the past couple of years. I've ordered pizza, drinks and desert for my son and I. He's been waiting excitingly for the desert part only to see that the main ingredient that makes the cinnamon dough a desert was missing. The chocolate dough balls were just a dough which doesn't justify the almost £5 price. I've tried calling the store unfortunately there was no answer - I appreciate the store might be bussy as it's a BH Monday, however such giant as Domino's should think about introducing an app feature to report delivery issues or...

I usually end up here twice a year due to being in the area, the staff are amazing, free parking all around the place. Good opening hours, they will deliver to Silverstone racing circuit and this place actually understands when you say call me when you are at the pick up place and I will come get the food. Can't fault these guys. Five stars all round. And I have been visiting this place 3 or 4 times a year now for 6 years. Never...
