Domino's Pizza - Wokingham — Restaurant in England

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE..ONE WAS THE LOWEST I COUKD SCORE,OR ID HAVE SCORED LESS!!!My 6 year old Autistic son is obsessed with Domino's thanks to adverts hence our stupidity at trying twice!😒First time we had friends over..one was vegetarian so she ordered vegi pizza..when ot arrived she found ham mixed in with the cheese.Obviously she was devastated after eating a slice,and me and my husband were livid...we immediately rang the Wokingham branch and reported the issue.The manager was called after much demanding(They constantly lie and tell you they have no manager there!!)He then proceeded to tell us that cross contamination of pizzas canno't be helped and not to be so naive.. .in there own words...it is one of those things that can't be avoided.(it wasn't a single piece of meat either..it was fairly mixed in!!...Second time was a £40 order for 3 pizzas..first 2 pizzas were ok,but 3rd was completely wrong pizza,not remotely what we had ordered??? We phoned and complained and they argued with us and put the phone down on us...Had to phone back and argue again...then waited over 40 minutes for them to deliver corrected pizza.Never again we I order from these...they have 0 customer service skills and how the hell do you serve vegetarian/vegan food whilst admitting to customers that you can't guarantee it's...

I ordered a pizza for collection, arrived at the store 15 minutes later to see that it was going to take 8 minutes to be prepared. I went home and came back 8 minutes later to find out it was going to take 8 minutes! 5 minutes later the screen showed it was going to take 7 minutes. Apparently time doesn’t move at the normal rate in domino’s Wokingham.

Getting increasingly cold waiting outside the store (you can’t wait inside at the moment) I ventured in when the screen showed my pizza was finally ready. I was of course told it would be a further minute 2 at the most. They signalled to come in 5 minutes later.

By this time a collection order had taken over 40 minutes to fulfil. I pointed out they shouldn’t take orders if they couldn’t meet them. The girl I initially complained to listened to my complaint before a very rude woman jumped in to tell me they were busy and if I didn’t like it I should email. Not a great example of customer service.

The pizza itself - distinctly average. Certainly not worth the wait.

So in summary if you want to wait forever for very average pizza then this is the place to go. Personally I won’t...

Never thought I'd be writing this review but had to after what happened recently with my order which was made over the phone. It's always the same order and the same price but this was the 2nd time they charged me more for no reason. However, after I reasoned with them, they brought down the price to the usual amount but had a twist waiting for me.

I clearly asked for 4-5 key ingredients but they gave me just 3 while I trusted they would do the right thing. After we came home, we were surprised to find the missing items which was so unprofessional of them. I wanted to call them but it was already too late for that therefore decided to post a review instead.

On another occasion, I was charged more than £30 for the same order which changed my opinion about them. The trick is that you need to order in person if you want to pay the right price or you'd suffer the consequences for ordering online which appears cheaper than it really is. Don't even bother calling them. The Dominos app and website are well...
