Donut Kings — Restaurant in England

Awful place, my parter ordered food at 8:00pm on Just eat and didn’t recieve until 11pm. He recieved one update to say it was delayed by an hour which does warrant for the remaining 2 hours that went by! When I called up they didn’t answer the first call and then I called again finally got through and the lady was extremely quick to speak to me as if she was rushing me off of the phone, no refund offered for the inconvenience. Just a rude response and 3 hour wait. AWFUL!...
