Kebab Ye Shifnal — Restaurant in England

I work away and go to about 30 different Kebab shops a year - as I think they are healthier than burgers, pizza or fish and chips. This makes me a self-proclaimed expert by experience, although with food, there is always subjectivity. This is the worst kebab I have had in 2025 (I appreciate it's August, and I've only had about 20 kebabs this year). Other than one I once had in Peterborough, this was a contender for the worst kebab I have ever had. To be honest , the food probably won't make you ill. It was hot, and the salad was fresh. But that's where the good review ends - the meat was watery, flavourless, and had no seasoning. The salad was plain (the cabbage was not kebab house pickled cabbage and just raw), with no dressing, lemon, oil, or seasoning on any of the salad. The finnale to ruin it was bottled (cheap vinegar based) chilli sauce. I dont rate any kebab shop who dont make their own. It's the only kebab shop in the town, so I guess they can sell poor standard kebabs. If a proper kebab shop opened, they would be put to shame. I don't live locally, so I can't advise on anything locally - but just advise you...

First of all, when my order arrived they forgot a can of Diet Coke. So the driver found a can of rio in his car. God knows how long it's been there. Then we plate our food up to find the donner meat is freezing and the pitta is soggy. Both portions of chips were soggy and cold. The garlic mayo was disgusting

So I then phoned up and asked them to send something different and he asked me to give out food back to the driver before we can get our other order.

My second order is a cheeseburger with chips and a chicken burger with chips. With 2 cans of Diet Coke which came up to £11:60

My original order came up to £15:60 so I asked them to send the remaining money back with the driver. The man was so rude to me on the phone. He was pissed off I ask for the rest of the money back.

So if you order with this company check your food before you start eating it.

Ordered from here fair few times as they local to us, food is ok and normally pretty quick for delivery !

Very basic pizza nothing amazing & has a lot of tomato base on it. Chicken burger aren’t proper chicken either. Chips don’t really have any flavour either.

Kebabs are very nice though I must admit ! Cheap and cheerful is what you are buying from here.

Minimum card spend in store so don’t think you can pay for 1 burger without spending I believe £5.00 or more

Can’t comment on the other food

Could Definitely do with store makeover as everything inside seems outdated. Not sure if they have seating area...
