Eleven Amersham — Restaurant in England

Fantastic spot on Amersham’s High Street! Eleven has a lovely atmosphere with a few outdoor tables and a clean, modern interior. The menu is small but full of interesting options, offering both breakfast and mains. We had the halloumi wrap with crispy parmesan fries (so good!) and the scrambled eggs with salmon – both dishes were delicious and generously portioned.

Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff made us feel really welcome. The manager even came over to check in and chat about our experience. Great drinks menu, too – I really enjoyed the fresh orange smoothie. They also offer tap water infused with lemon and mint, which was refreshing.

I had a lovely visit to Eleven today. 10/10 oat milk latte. I wasn’t sure exactly what to order but knew I wanted some of the ‘light bites’. I followed the gentleman’s advice and had some delicious dirty fries and chicken strips. Dirty fries portion was generous as he said so glad I didn’t order lots more bits and bobs! Chicken strips were lovely and crispy. Everything tasted fresh and was good and hot. He had offered when he brought it over to pack it up for me if I couldn’t finish all the fries, but it was so good I ate them all 😂 I was the only person in there at 3pm on Friday, so was quiet, but had good variety of music on. ELEVEN continues to be my 'local' as the service, prices, food & coffees continue to exceed my (high) expectations! The banana bread favourite has now been surpassed by the Lemon Drizzle cake - it's just to die for! The recent negative review from the person with the noisy 4 year old brat does not reflect the professional service I receive on a regular basis - maybe parents should be more aware of the disruption THEIR children cause to other customers before writing such a review. Albert & Co deserve your patronage - in my opinion they are extremely welcoming to all guests whether 2 legged or 4. Keep up the great service chaps! ...
