EN Sushi — Restaurant in England

Staff were pleasant but service was very slow. Most of the food was nice but a couple of items not cooked very well so not eaten (even quite a basic potato dish). It was nice that the manager removed the potato dish from the bill without us asking. Generally I love Teppanyaki - wish there were more restaurants like this to visit, so will likely give this one another try one day in the future.

Edit: Response from restaurant is incorrect (there were several dishes not finished as they weren't cooked well and did not taste nice - I cannot remember name of each dish as I have never been to this restaurant before). Surprised the restaurant were defensive in their response as opposed to just looking to use customer feedback to improve service. From this alone, I won't bother returning and have already told friends not to avoid. Seen this trend throughout restaurant feedback to lots of customer feedback, which is a shame as the staff seemed very pleasant...

Came here on Christmas Eve to try the festive menu, and it was literally INCREDIBLE!!!! I had all of the vegan options and was so impressed with how much thought and care had gone into each dish. The starter was golden bao buns, and after putting a picture of it on my insta story, 3 separate people messaged me asking what it was because it looked so good, and it was so good. The main was mushroom bulgogi. Every element was delicious, and it was so well presented. The dessert was banana sticky toffee cake with vanilla gelato. It was very tasty and a perfect way to round off the 3 courses. It was such a perfect amount of food and for an amazing price. We were so well looked after and felt really cared for. I can not recommend this...

This was the first time I have had Sushi in the UK, at a restaurant. It's miles better than any sushi that you would pick up from the super market and the service was amazing. The waitress was friendly and really loved what she done. To be honest this made the experience.

I have had better sushi at a much higher cost, and also at a much lower cost (depending on country) but for the UK, in Hereford, I was very impressed. It worked out at £30pp (Inc a drink) for a handful of things off the menu. As sushi goes, the quality and price are about right.

The looks from outside this place aren't great, but once you walk in you are greated by warmth and a smile.

If you are looking for sushi in Hereford, you won't be disappointed...
