Fellini's — Restaurant in England

Amazing, went to eat prior to the theatre and wow , what's not to like , lovely friendly staff and plenty of them and very attentive . Food , I had the mussels, nice fresh plump mussels in a beautiful garlic cream and white wine sauce, lots of sauce which I like as they often come with not enough to dip lots of bread in , nice skinny fries and fresh bread , my wife had the hot shot parmo , again it was faultless, lots of very fresh salad and lovely skinny chips . My wife followed with a delicious chocolate brownie , I had a stunning ice cream with candied walnuts, almonds , amaretto biscuits , drizzled in a shot of espresso . 2 large bacardi and cokes , a lime and lemonade , total cost £67 . Booked the night before for our friends birthday. Arrived and was taken upstairs for drinks in a lovely bar overlooking albert park while our table was prepared. When we went down the staff were eccelent and attentive although it was busy. Three of us had parmo's and the birthday girl had pork strips in sauce, green peppercorns, asparagus, baby tomatoes, salad and twice fried potatoes. The parmo's were eccellent and the pork strips superb great service, great atmosphere. 10 of us Visited on 12/01/13 . The menu is brilliant plenty of choice. The staff and service were absolutely awful. Chef threw some food at the waiter when they were joking around. Forgot to put half of our dishes in the oven so half were eating and half were finished. Asked to speak to the manager and was told ' you only ordered 4 lasagne' when I pointed out they had only brought 2 we didn't even get an apology.

The manager was rude saying he would not take the £20 deposit off because we had not brought the receipt until we argued that. Overall he was rude and did not seem to have the capability or manners to accommodate...
