Flames Hereford — Restaurant in England

IM ABSOLUTELY FUMMINGGGG!! After returning home at 11 we decide to order a munchies. 2 Kebabs and chips which came to £8 we added on two extras to make it £12 so we could have it delivered and then it said that the total cost would be £16 including delivery. A car turned up not long after with three men and two teenagers in the back, I felt very uncomfortable as they stared at me and I did not think this was the food. I turned back to the door and they shouted out asking if I was waiting for a munchies and then all laughed when I asked yes. I then went to collect and gave them a £20 note expecting £4 change, but as he could tell I was not very confident to defend myself he said that delivery was an extra £2 and would make the cost £18. However we’d already paid a £4 delivery charge which is a ridiculous amount as it is. He then insisted of only giving back £1.50 change and would not give me £2 as he only wanted to give me 50p back in the first place. I am a 16 year old girl and as I turn back to my door I did not expect to get whistled at my all of the men in the car, however to my surprise this happened and I am FURIOUS!! I think it’s out of order and disgusting service. I will not be ordering here from again and expect an appology and something to happen of the situation of me being robbed £4!!!...

On Thursday afternoon a friend and I have decided to order some food, we used a deliveroo app, however a few minutes after we ordered, paid and been waiting I received an email saying that our order has been cancelled when they already charged me money. We both decided to give them a call and find out what is actually going on because the restaurant itself was still delivering on every single other app including the deliveroo itself which i used. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude towards us, was shouting and saying he doesn’t know why it’s been cancelled and that apparently they did not get the order when i had all the proof in front of me which included my order number as well as the bank statement about the money that’s been taken out of my account. The man on the phone ended up putting down the phone on us which made us even more annoyed and angry so we decided to call the restaurant a second time hoping he’ll come down and we’ll get more answers than just that. Anyway, the man was even more rude and disrespectful, put down the phone on us not once but twice! I wouldn’t give this place a one star if i could, absolute mockery, no place should be treating their customers like this! Especially when they were nothing but nice towards...

First time tried tonight, never again. Ordered via just eat, arrived 15mins later than the time RESCHEDULED by the restaurant so over half an hour later than just eat said to begin with but just the start. Family deal consisting of some of the most disgracefully butcher chicken I have ever encountered, STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN AS BONES WERE MUTILATED AND EVERYWHERE, easy for any child to choke on unknowingly, I picked out 3 and it is clearly done in house as you could see they had chopped it however they fancied and could not figure out what each piece was supposed to be, be it thigh, drum or breast. And "hot wings" were actually drumsticks which says it all really! Add to that chilli sauce instead of barbecue, which was stone cold along with the beans as well. And the chips are bland and also pretty cold. Having got past these issues I have now had a severe case of brown rain from the poorly butchered chicken. The bottle of Pepsi was probably the nicest and safest part of this meal. "under new management", think this needs more than that to resolve these issues! Disgraceful, never again and just eat would do well to remove them...
