Hogarths — Restaurant in England

Went to Hogarths last night for a friends birthday. I hadn’t been back since March because the landlords kicked me and my friends (a group of 5 sober girls) out of there pub with no reason threatening to call the police even though we had already spent time waiting, bought our drinks and gone out to the beer garden.

Last night was very similar. Firstly my friend got told she was smirking at the bar lady and that she would be kicked out when she was simply having a conversation to someone and laughed.

We then went out to the beer garden where there was a large group of us enjoying our drinks, yes we may have been a bit louder than other customers but not disruptive. However this wasn’t the reason they have gave us when it came to kicking us out this time.

The person who I think may have been the new landlord came over and said ‘other customers can smell weed’ and said that we had been smoking weed and we all had 1 minute to get out.

Obviously no one was but he gave us no chance to defend ourselves. He then decided to call out 3 police cars to remove us from the pub which was absolutely unnecessary and a waste of police time. They seem to abuse the police when they can’t be bothered to just calmly deal with a pretty normal situation...

This was the best pub in hereford not now since the first landlords have left this pub it has gone down hill pints dont taste right a pub which used to show all the football now you have to ask if they will put it on and when they do you have music over the top of it and horse racing commentry to sometimes all the staff have changed no way trained enough to what they were. The second lot of landlords left and now we are on number 3 which to be honest i havent really met yet so we will see. But how can a pub change so much i do not know everybody moaned about the first landlords because they ran a tight ship but trust me this pub needs them back now before...

Out of 16 tv's only 1 was showing the football at 5:30pm ( Liverpool v Arsenal ) The other 15 was showing the rugby. England rugby team were playing before which was all good but then Wales was on same time as the footy. Instead of splitting the screens they decided to show Wales playing rugby. Forgive me but I thought this was England NOT Wales. 95% of the customer's were watching the footy on 2 screens ( only because we complained ) The 1 star is for...
