On entering you have a bar to the right tables and chairs in the middle with booths on the left. further on in you have a few steps and a lift to the slightly higher level. This level opens out to a wider table and seating area more ideal for families. Beyond this point you have an outdoor seating area. We ordered drinks and food at the bar which were very reasonably priced. Our food arrived very quickly and was a decent portion. The food is not great but good for what you pay for it. When my family and I visited it was quiet but the majority of the tables had not been cleared of glasses and plates from previous customers. We had to move stuff off our table and my husband found a cloth and table spray and cleaned the table himself. One member of staff looked as though he couldn't be bothered and soon disappeared and another member of staff appeared and was trying to clear tables but then disappeared as well. It's an ok place if you're on a budget or want something quick to eat but not a place I would rush back to. It was ok but that's all. If you're just wanting drinks they have a good selection and again...

Very busy - ok on a rainy day. We went for a birthday meal with 10 other couples. As we arrived well ahead of everyone else we decided to have a drink beforehand. The bar area was crowded, and although there were several bar staff working it still took about 15minutes to get served. (This was a Saturday evening, so it might be busier than at other times). The orders for food is again at the bar and as such you pay at the time of ordering. (A lesser wait this time) Food took about 20mins to arrive, but as my order came wrong I had to wait a bit longer for my meal. The food generally is decent and edible - not bad for a fast food restaurant, although some of our friends complained of cold chips. These were quickly replaced as soon as the staff were made aware. Many of the meals come with a free soft drink, or for a small surcharge an alcoholic one. All in all I guess it's not a bad place for a meal and a drink at a reasonable price. Cheap and cheerful is the most applicable...

on 21th June, 9-30 in the morning I went in to Weatherspoon for my Breakfast, waited at least 10 minutes, two man came in and sat opposite me, they was served immediately , i ask the waiter to serve me in his own time, has i had noticed he was working alone. Ten minutes went by he came to take my order. there was to managers on duty and two girls in and out the kitchen, sat and waited no one ask if all was well or approach me about my breakfast, went to the bar and ask for a cup because no one bothered to give me one .drunk a coffee, went back the bar after one hour and ask for a refund on my breakfast .sat down for another 10 minutes.not one of the managers came and apologized. They send a message with the waiter saying the money hadn't gone out my bank. went and had breakfast elsewhere, got home and the money had been taken out my bank .i will never use this pub again ,i have been a customer for 8 year, these managers need to be retrained before you loose more...

I know it a Wetherspoons so I shouldn’t be expecting much. But this was a horrendous dining experience. The amount of unnecessary paraphernalia on the table that has probably passed through many drunk hands over the last year is ridiculous. Tried ordering through the app and half the stuff wasn’t available, and I didnt know this til I went to pay. The picture below is one of the £5.62 meal of “pigs in blankets” I ordered for my kids, which is a disgrace. My wife ordered a chicken gravy dish that was spicy despite it not saying anywhere on the meal. An awful experience. I would recommend the exit

Exceeded expectations. Large W/Spoons pub nr the centre of Hereford. Lovely outside drinking area...when the weather is F.I.N.E. which is very clean and well presented. Several Real Ales on tap...the one I had was also F.I.N.E. Visited on a Sunday....quiet...sedated...relaxing....not sure what is would be like on a heaving Saturday night 🤔
