Terrible Experience, I went with my Children, and upon leaving, I discovered I was missing a child, long story short, the animatronic they have, called 'Circus Baby' appears to have eaten my child! the child will never be recovered, and my wife and I are rather distressed after that! i recommend owner and creator of the animatronics should be fired, he is known as, "Mr Afton" also referred to fondly by his colleagues as "Purple Guy" for some unknown reason. apparently he himself lost a child to these creatures so he should know not to allow these things to exist. Would not visit again, would've been 4 stars had the pizza not turned...

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered two pizzas and BOTH were burnt – top and bottom. When I complained, they promised replacements for another time, but when I called back a week later, they basically laughed at me and refused. The same rude server I originally spoke to acted like he had no idea, even though he was the one who made the promise in the first place. The arrogance and attitude were unbelievable. Only when I had gone into the takeaway and showed them the pictures did their attitude change. If you value your money, DO NOT ORDER from here. Burnt food, rude staff, and zero respect...

Extremely low quality food. The burger had expired lettuce, very dry chicken burger patty. The chips were cold and the peri-peri powder was just loads of salt mixed with chilli pepper powder, really ruined the chips.

I was curious why the quality was so poor, a quick check on the Food Standards Agency website shows it has no food hygiene rating (pending first inspection).

I would strongly recommend you avoid this take-away and try another one. They aren't even making the basic level of effort you would expect from...
