French Franks Food Company Ltd — Restaurant in England

As someone who has visited all three venues (and someone who really does enjoy my food), I can confidently say that you will be met with impeccable food hygiene, admirable and friendly customer service (this is an understatement, the people who work there are amazing, I’ve never met such personable and welcoming staff). Not to mention a menu choice that will leave you doubting your decision-making skills (honestly, I don’t think there is one thing on the menu that doesn’t sound tempting). The food is outstanding, you can tell it’s well made and with quality ingredients. The pricing is very reasonable also. Recently French Franks opened a third café / takeaway; in Cross Street Newport. As with all their venues, the new place is very well managed, it’s well organised and the food orders are made correctly. The team there are just lovely, I cannot fault them. They have customers queuing out the door because the customers know that they’ll be met with warm and friendly welcome and served high quality, well-made food. Honestly, you must try this place!!

I’m sure you’ve been served by miserable and rude staff before; a café, clothes shop, restaurant, supermarket. It makes you less inclined to make a repeat visit you feel put out, annoyed. It feels as if they don’t care about their customers. You will never ever be met by a rude member of the French Franks team. It just doesn’t happen. Believe me each shop is very popular, I doubt they need reviews like this, they don’t need to try, yet they always do!!

I normally love french franks food, well always love it. Went in the newport one today had a large cheese and coleslaw baguette, very thin baguettes nowadays from here, i know alot are cutting costs and as for the filling well the coleslaw. I took it home and when i opened it i had to try hard to find the coleslaw, such a minute amount of it, most disappointed. It feels like the prices go up and the fillings get smaller. Im a tourist and im staying in Newport for a few months and I wanted to find a nice place to eat and I came across this place and it's by far the best ever to go for breakfast and lunch times the food is excellent with lots of choices what they make there prices are reasonable and the staff are ever so lovely and friendly and this is by far way more better than subway and I'll definitely be coming here regularly for food now so if you live or new to Newport Isle of Wight you should definitely come here you won't be...
