Pizza Zone — Restaurant in England

TLDR; Food arrived really late, food was lukewarm, couldn't call cause their phone was off the hook. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

If I could've, i would've given them a 0 star. After ordering the food and not having it show up for over TWO HOURS LATER (an hour later than it should've), It arrived LUKEWARM and looking like it's been stuck in the oven for too long. 2 pizzas and a cheesey garlic bread (try to figure out what's what from the pics below). No apologies from the restaurant for it being late, just the driver nonchalantly stating he's sorry its late. No information on when the food was going to be getting here until we tried to call them (phone must be broken or off the hook cause kept getting cut off the instant we called) so we had to contact JustEat to get them to contact the restaurant to find out where our order was. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here again, and I STRONGLY recommend you don't either, unless you want your time wasted for below average quality food.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I say it as I see it. This was the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. The food arrived just under an hour after expected delivery time which made it 1 hour 40 minutes from ordering. They arrived I. Extremely soggy boxes with liquid leaking everywhere. Ordered a tandoori and a spicy chicken kebabs, I couldn’t tell the difference between them, they were lukewarm at best, they looked and tasted the same, tasted is not quite true as it was flavour less, some fatty bits and some hard bits of chicken? I made up a pitta and ate it as I’d been waiting so long and was hungry, it was horrible and the rest went in the bin, the wife had one piece of chicken?? And spat it out. It was extremely poor quality chicken?? Not sure if it was old or reheated as the texture was all over the place. I will never order from here again. This was my third order, first time it was even colder the time before was a pizza and that was poor but edible....

Disgusting, honestly the worst take away I've ever had. Last night I ordered a 10" donner meat pizza, onion rings and a large bottle of coke... £17. Bit much I thought but never mind. Once I'd taken the packages out of the carrier bag I noticed straight away the pizza BOX was soggy, like so completely wet and soft that my finger went through. After opening the lid I found my donner pizza to be completely covered in wet salad, like completely all over my entire pizza. I did NOT order any salad! After scraping off all of the salad, what i had left was a soaked wet toppingless pizza, completely inedible and dripping wet. I ate some donner meat, not much. ..
